Camera Angles

Medium Shot
This is a medium shot, taken from the head down to the waist, this not only shows the audience the characters face expression, but also his body language and posture.
Close Up
This shot is used to show the face expressions of the actor in the current situation, this lets us see clearly what the actor is feeling and helps us understand and sympathise with the character.
Low/High Angle Shot
This angle shot shows one character to be superior to the other, the above photo shows the point of view of a character looking up at another character, however in reality they are at eye level, the photo below shows the characters point of view looking down at another character exercising their authority.


The Shot Reverse Shot
This shot gives a feeling of conversation between two actors the audiences focus is on the character speaking which reflects importance on the dialogue.
